Butch Jones announced today on Twitter (@CoachJonesUC) that Freshman kicker, Tony Miliano will be the starting kicker for the 'Cats when they face Austin Peay next Saturday 7:00pm at Nippert Stadium. Miliano walked on to UC as a preferred walk-on in 2009. The RS Freshman was ranked a 2 star by Rivals.com and Scout.comThe Elder standout was named All-Ohio in 2008 and 2009 while kicking for the Panthers. His total 107 points in 2008 as Junior was the second-highest total in Ohio high school history. He is the only Elder Panther to be named All-Ohio twice.
